Return Policy

All sales are final unless RS Motorwerke approves an exception in writing. Email sales@rsmotorwerke.com as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation, return, exchange, or order change.

Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

Approved cancellations may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Authorized returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, and returned items must be brand-new, unused, unopened, and in the original packaging within 30 days of pickup or delivery.

Special-order, custom-order, preorder, opened, test-fitted, mounted, balanced, used, or installed items cannot be returned or refunded. Brand-new catalog-spec items that are not special-order or custom may be eligible for exchange only if approved in writing, with any restocking fee, freight, tax, and price difference paid by the customer.

Special-order deposits are non-refundable once the order has been submitted to the manufacturer or distributor.

Approved refunds, credits, or cancellations typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on the financial institution.

Shipping, Delivery, and Inspection

Customers must inspect all merchandise the same day it is delivered or picked up. Damage, missing items, or carrier issues must be documented immediately with photos, and all packaging must be retained for claim review.

Once merchandise is accepted or signed for, the customer is responsible for carrier claims unless RS Motorwerke provides written instructions otherwise.

Some orders may ship from our warehouse in Hayward, CA, while others may ship directly from suppliers. If an order ships to a freight forwarder, RS Motorwerke's responsibility ends once the carrier delivers the package to the freight forwarder.

Select wheels or wheelsets may show minor handling marks, micro-scuffing, packaging marks, or barrel/lip contact from production or transit. This can be normal for certain wheels and finishes and may not be visible once mounted.

Shipping Coverage

RS Motorwerke is based in the USA and ships to all 50 states plus select US territories such as Puerto Rico. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, remote destinations, and oversized wheel shipments may require a manual shipping quote and may not qualify for free shipping.
