Our only official website is www.rsmotorwerke.com. We are not affiliated with any other domain, website, account, or individual using our name or trademark. We only send email from the official RS Motorwerke domain.

For product questions, stock checks, ETA checks, quote requests, order questions, or suspicious correspondence, please email sales@rsmotorwerke.com or use our contact form.

RS Motorwerke is based in the USA and ships throughout all 50 states, plus select US territories such as Puerto Rico. Some destinations may require a manual shipping quote if checkout does not show a rate.

Ordering and Special Orders

By completing checkout, you agree to the terms listed on this page. Many products we sell are special-order, custom-order, preorder, imported, limited-availability, or supplier-shipped items.

Special-order deposits are non-refundable. No refunds, exchanges, or modifications are available once a special-order item has been submitted to the manufacturer or distributor. Customers are responsible for providing accurate fitment, finish, billing, shipping, and order details before placing an order.

If a remaining balance is due when a custom or special-order item is completed and ready to ship, the customer is responsible for completing payment. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Order Acceptance, Pricing, and Promotions

Your receipt of an electronic or other order confirmation does not mean RS Motorwerke has accepted the order or confirmed an offer to sell. We may accept, decline, cancel, or adjust an order after review, including for pricing errors, listing errors, stock issues, discontinued products, fraud concerns, or supplier availability.

Pricing, product availability, specifications, and product discontinuations may change without prior notice. Current promotions cannot be retroactively applied to previous orders.

Payment Requirements

The shipping and billing address must match the credit card billing address unless RS Motorwerke approves an exception in writing.
A valid street address, city, state, and ZIP code are required.
P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses may require a manual quote or alternate shipping arrangement.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territory shipments may not qualify for free shipping and may require a manual freight quote.
International orders are not processed through standard online checkout and may require bank wire transfer.
Will-call or pickup orders must be coordinated by email. We do not accept cash payments. Local pickup orders may still be subject to applicable sales tax.
Please double-check thread pitch, seat type, lug bolt, lug nut, and fitment requirements before ordering. We are not responsible if the wrong fitment or hardware is ordered.

Product Use and Fitment Responsibility

High-performance products may be intended for off-road, track, motorsport, or competition use. RS Motorwerke is not responsible for damage, injury, legality issues, improper installation, incorrect fitment, misuse, or misunderstanding of product requirements.

All parts, wheels, products, and accessories should be installed by a qualified professional using proper equipment. Customers are responsible for confirming vehicle compatibility, local laws, and required supporting parts before ordering.

Photos are used for marketing purposes only. Actual product appearance, finish, specifications, and packaging may vary. Manufacturer warranty coverage may not include damage, deformities, or wear caused by normal road use, installation, misuse, or improper fitment.

Privacy and Cookies

We use customer information to respond to inquiries, process orders, ship products, provide customer service, and communicate relevant order or policy updates. We do not sell or rent customer information.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support site functionality, understand site traffic, and improve the customer experience. Browser settings may allow customers to decline or manage cookies, though some site functions may be affected.
