BBS E50 - Magnesium 15" / 16" / 17"

BBS Motorsport three-piece wheels offer a wide variety of modular configurations using forged aluminum or magnesium centers combined with rim halves available in 1/2" increments. By pairing the appropriate part number center with commonly stocked rim halves, virtually any combination can be accommodated. All wheels utilize the BBS gasket system for immediate use and field repair.

The BBS Motorsport E50 is a three-piece motorsport wheel — inner rim, outer rim and a cast magnesium center — featuring a striking cross-spoke design that balances exceptionally light weight with an athletic look. Available in 15" (flat rim), 16" and 17". The E50 is designed for 4- and 5-lug applications (the E55 is its centerlock sibling) and is offered here in 5x120.

Note: 15" flat rims (no drop-well) are delivered as individual components — the tire must be mounted before the rim halves are bolted together, so final assembly is performed by the customer or a qualified specialist.

Every rim is tire-seat-blasted — a technique used successfully in motorsport for decades that ensures optimum tire bead grip and durability — and the outer barrels are always highly polished. Each wheel set receives a 3-layer paint finish applied to OEM automotive standards. The biggest advantage is flexibility and ease of repair: individual parts can be replaced quickly and easily, extending service life and saving cost, and the wheel can be re-configured if your tire size changes.

Installation Note: For all BBS Motorsport 3-piece wheels, we recommend having your tire installer apply bead sealant to ensure a leak-free seal.

A Note on Assembly: Beware of builders who assemble multi-piece wheels using non-BBS hardware, gaskets, or rim sections to cut costs — on a structural, load-bearing wheel this is a serious safety hazard. Every wheel we build uses 100% factory BBS parts throughout.
